By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
User Content
You retain ownership of any puzzles or content you create using the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us no rights to your User Content beyond what is necessary to provide the App's functionality.
Content Guidelines
When creating and sharing puzzles, you agree not to create content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by MAGNAST and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MAGNAST operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
